Opening of registration: September 26th 2025.

Deadline for regular registration: March 31th 2026.

Deadline for late registration: May 15th 2026.

Registration fees :

• Student rate : 280 € (regular), 380 € (late registration)
• Standard rate : 440 € (regular), 540 € (late registration)

The registration needs to be done using the dedicated registration platform.

The registration fee includes: Oral or poster presentation, Coffee breaks, Welcome reception, Attendance certificate.
