Information for authors

The authors (for plenary talk, 25 minutes mini-symposium talk, 25 minutes contributed talk or poster) should prepare a single page PDF file using the provided Latex template file.

You can access the submission system from here, after you have created an account (click next to the login icon).

When submitting your abstract, you have to select your submission type: poster, contributed talk, minisymposium talk (upon invitation only), plenary talk (upon invitation only). 

For posters and contributed talks, please select one or several topics from the list of topics of the conference. 

For minisymposium talks (upon invitation only), please select as topic the name of the minisymposium. 

An automatic confirmation email will be sent once you have completed the submission process. An email with the decision (acceptance or rejection) from the program committee is sent a while after (at the latest on February 28th, 2026).

Important: we strongly recommend you to check your "spam" folder to check for the reception of these emails.
