Information to presenters

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Each room is equipped with a computer.

Presenters are invited to upload their presentation to the computer via USB drive before the session (recommended option for a smooth transition between the talks).

Presenters can also use their own laptop using a HDMI connection.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The format for posters is a standard A0. 

The necessary materials will be provided to attach the posters to the panels.

Presenters for the Tuesday afternoon session are invited to put up their poster on Monday and remove it on Wednesday morning.

Presenters for the Thursday afternoon session are invited to put up their poster on Wednesday morning and remove it on Friday morning.
